Women of Drummer is more than a movement — it’s a rhythm shared across regions, generations, and lived experiences.

The Leadership Gathering is a winter retreat designed to nurture that rhythm.

Across four days, you will: 

-Build stronger bonds with folx doing similar work in their regions 

-Explore how our culture, energy, and dynamics shape our spaces

-Develop practical leadership skills rooted in authenticity

-Reflect on your personal growth using the 6 C’s

-Restore your energy in a warm, winter setting

-Leave with a renewed sense of purpose and connection

This is a retreat for renewal, clarity, camaraderie, and grounding.

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR

This weekend is for women, non-binary, and gender-expansive Leatherfolk who:

-Lead, organize, or care for community spaces

-Are current/past Women of Drummer titleholders 

-Serve as educators, DM’s, event hosts, volunteers, or emerging leaders 

-Want deeper understanding of our culture and lineage

-Seek authentic community with other Leatherwomen/NB folx 

-Feel called to help shape the future of our movement

No title needed — only desire to show up with intention.
